The mission of Organizing For Opportunities is to create and advocate for opportunities and facilitate the use of such opportunities by all Nigerians, in economic and commercial activities, education and workforce development, civic engagement and public service, and the elimination of all religion-based and ethnicity-based discrimination.

VISION

The vision of Organizing for Opportunities is to ensure a society in which all citizens have access to opportunities in all legitimate sectors of the society and are adequately prepared to take advantage of those opportunities.
